STORY OF THE SUNSHINE TOP
“My inspiration to create this top was the sun. My soul has always felt a strong connection with the sun. I felt motivated to design a crochet piece that would shine even on cloudy days. I discovered this stitch through an old crochet doily that my mom had, and I was instantly drawn to it. I recreated the stitches and transformed them into a wearable crochet mesh top. I hope you will enjoy crocheting this pattern as much as I enjoyed creating it!”

MATERIALS NEEDED
Crochet Hook: 3.5 mm
Scissors
Tapestry needle (optional, for weaving in ends)
Yarn: Light weight cotton yarn, suitable for 3.5 mm hook Color A: Beige Color B: Burgundy
Gauge: 16 double crochets and 8 rows = 4” x 4” (10 cm x 10 cm)
